Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your relaxation zone purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss return options.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, relaxation zone products must:

  • Be in original condition and packaging
  • Not have been installed or used
  • Include all original accessories and documentation
  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at feedback@phroxxenzepie.world or +61 8 9336 1180 to request a return authorization
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and authorization
  4. Package the product securely and return it to the address provided

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged relaxation zone product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.

Custom Orders

Custom-designed relaxation zones are made to your specifications and may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please discuss return options with us before placing a custom order.

Installation Services

If you have purchased installation services and are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of installation completion. We will work with you to address any concerns.
